A recent report by a leading Algarve property and holiday agency, Simply Algarve reveals more and more UK based freelancers and contractors are leaving the UK for the sunshine of Portugal and similar countries such as Spain. With large ex pat communities already based in the Algarve and the Costa del Sol, it’s now becoming a more attractive option.
With technology evolving at a rapid rate, the options for the business person on the move are open ended. Remote working is becoming the thing to do for independent freelancers who are in a position to choose their working environment and it now seems, county they want to work from.

With more people working remotely (not matter what country they are based in) it can bring in its advantages to businesses in the UK who outsource to freelancers. You can find more competitively priced resources and freelancers that are very productive because they are in an environment that suits them.
